In my personal opinion, the overview of F2 model is very broad. Through ‘Work Interest Assessment,’ ‘Personality Assessment,’ ‘Leisure Assessment,’ ‘Values Assessment’ and ‘Skills Assessment’, it provides testers with a very general, broad and diversified analysis. In addition, the tester can also combine the analysis results with the factors that are personally important. For example, if I want my future Work to be more favorable to my Personality and Work Interest, then when I combine these two factors, the analysis results will help me find my ideal job based on these two factors. An employer might rather hire an inexperienced worker who can pay close attention to details than an experienced worker who might cause problems on a work team. Therefore, I think our interests, our personality traits, our values and our skills are all important to our future career needs.

To be honest, this was a bit of my expectations, but it was also a bit of a surprise. Because my major is related to business. Thus, the emergence of statisticians, accounting clerks, and chief financial officers can be sense. However, as a hobby of art, I was hoping that this website could help me combine my profession and hobby together, but it seems that this technology has yet to be developed fully. From this evaluation, I learned more about the job options related to my major, which also made me realize again that my major is different from my interest. A solid career plan is important because it can provide us a roadmap for the future. This helps us make informed choices about current work situations and future career development. A broader career plan is also important when it comes to helping you stay inspired. Besides, our knowledge level changes all the time as we come into contact with different people, events and knowledge. This inadvertently changes the direction of our pursuit of future life. Nevertheless, it can be dull and boring to work only one job all one’s life. To thrive and survive in this diverse world, we need to be exposed to different fields and cultures.
