The two looks like they were in a romantic relationship; however, they did not want anybody to discover their relationship. The romance that they portrayed was popular among people, even before the French revolution. The lady is looking at aside and that when the young man took the opportunity and gave a kiss on the cheek of the young lady unexpectedly. The even seemed to happen very fast, and the young lady enjoyed that moment they were with the boy. According to the dress that the young lady had, she was from a wealthy family, and she was not allowed to interact with the low-class people. During that time, wealthy families were supposed to have a relationship with people from the same social class. The photo showed that to continue with their relationship, they had to meet in secret so that no one can see them. As they look in the picture, they have an affection that can be seen in the girl’s eyes and the reaction of the boy.

There is nobody in the room to see us together, as we have our time,
You look beautiful in that silk dress makes me want to see you even more often,
I left my friend in the other room so that I can spend to with you,
Hopefully one day we will be able to be together, and our family will put all these differences behind,
Do you think it is possible? “I feel trapped being in a rich family and not be able to be with someone that I love.”
