Policy Analysis Assignment 1: What Do You Care About? First, choose a social problem: Here are some characteristics to help you identify one. An issue moves from being perceived as a personal problem to a public problem. This change in perception is social and as such social problems are socially constructed. Is this policy consistent with that code of ethics and why. How extensive is the problem? Document this. How does the social welfare sector currently address the problem?
