The proposed project requires a few specialists, with each one of them functioning at a specific station efficiently to ensure the success of the same. The initial portal infrastructure lays the foundation for the entire project whereby new features can be added and integrated to work within the portal. The smooth running of the project requires a proper following of procedure as well as an extensive end to end testing of every component. Various personnel will take on various activities, as discussed below.
There are two developers in the project, Strahan, and Albert. Strahan remains responsible for the setting of the fundamental infrastructure of the portal, which consists of the look and feel, sandbox, start page, registration of new members, login, and logout as well as the Menu System. Other components are then constructed and integrated into the system through these focal aspects of the portal. Albert, on the other hand, is charged with creating the Look and Feel of the portal. He will use the Create Style Sheet (CSS) to accomplish the initial task. He will then share the same information with Strahan to ensure the standardization of various components within the portal, such as logos, colors, fonts, among others. These two would test the established infrastructure thoroughly, whereby if it passes the required needs, they deploy the same to the server (sandbox).
A QA specialist would be charged with carrying end to end tests on the portal weekly. He would also introduce bugs to the system to establish weak points within the portal. System support would be deployed to fix verified bugs every week. The web designer creates required web page designs and forwards the same to the programmer who would link the same to the portal databases.
