primary determinants of the health care irregularities

The perfection of health and social care is a factor that requires interrelations of various concepts. Independently, maintaining health care cannot be perfected without inclusion of various agencies. Working in partnership of these agencies is the only way to improve social and health care. In order have attain full control of health  and social care, the primary determinants of the health care irregularities have first to be put in to consideration3. Effecting the cause of the problem is key point to achieve the top level of control. Among the primary factors to be considered includes employment, poverty, poor housing and poor education attainments.

Poverty is one of the key factors that need to be checked on. It does not make sense to what extend or grounds poverty is likely to become an emerging issue to affect health care. Poverty may mean lack of financial ability to perfect heath care. It may also narrow down to include people’s failure and willingness to eradicate poverty3.1. The other factor is employment. With full level of employment, the level of poverty will be minimized and therefore, improvement in health care. Thirdly, education attainment plays a major role in social and health care3.8.  It means that if everybody is educated, the effective health care practices are well practiced. It is evident that the collaboration of various concepts is the only way to eradicate health care irregularities and demoralizers4.
