Employee motivation is a great factor in organizational behaviour. This can be improved through the active engagement of the employees. The needs of the employees need to be looked upon closely; in an organization where needs are properly looked into and handled tend to make better decisions, and behaviour improvement is experienced.

Team dynamics are the unconscious psychological forces that drive an individual towards doing better than before; this leads to better performance of a group; there are different factors that can be put in place to improve the team dynamics, which in turn contribute to the organizational behaviour in an organization. In case of a problem tackling it immediately and with good feedback is of great importance. During the barriers that are found in every group needs to be broken down (Delich, 2015). As a team leader paying attention to the issues in the group is a great factor in improving the team dynamics. Roles and responsibilities of each group member need to be clearly described in accordance with their abilities and likes (Delich, 2015).
Solution 3. Improving the decision making process and creativity
Decision making refers to the choice among alternative courses of action, which may also include inaction. In many organization setups, almost half of the decisions made by managers fail; it is of great importance to improve the act of decision making and to avoid decision making pitfalls.
In a team that is tasked with the responsibility of developing new devices and equipment for the organization, creativity is a key factor that needs to prioritize. For the team members to be creative, they deserve an environment that promotes creativity. The group member’s likes and dislikes are clearly analyzed, and they are allowed to work in their comfort environment (Warner, 2009).
Solution 4: Creating measures of controlling working emotions and stress
Emotion is defined as a complex feeling state that is normally accompanied by psychological arousal and overt behaviours. Emotions and stress in an organization need to be handled as quickly as possible since it can cause lots of damage to the organizational behaviours. Stress-related disorders come across various conditions, which include psychological disorders; such as depression anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorders. Pressure from the work and outside work can cause great discomfort to the employees hence causing organizational behaviour change.

Proper communications in all levels should be encouraged for the maintenance and improvement of the organizational behaviour. Encouraging teamwork among group members greatly encourages learning between the group members, and there is an improvement in behaviour through knowledge sharing available in the team.
