Project Planning
Project plan
One year for drafting a literature review may seem a long time, but it is worth the time since it forms the backbone of the study. As explained earlier, the literature review holds the research variables, which are the determinants of the research design, methods to be used and the data collection tools. In this case, careful drafting and timetabling are required for this part of the research (Sewell, Maggio & Artino, 2016). Again, this part seems like an ongoing process hence keeps on boosting the reading and critical skills. Project planning is essential for the completion and success of the study.
Completing the full draft of the literature review requires establishing knowledge on the benefits of the research, formulating critical and analytical opinions. Additionally, it encompasses understanding and synthesizing large volumes of data as well as having the best purpose and directions for personal views. Lastly, completing the draft involves keeping up with the daily changes and developments as well as new theories. Definitely, with the understanding of the requirements for full completion, time allocation for each factor is required.
With a focus on the timeframe for the literature review, each component highlighted should be allocated two months each. Two months is enough for the five requirements, and this will result in a successful completion. In this way, new ideas are formed as the literature review is drafted and included as part of the section. The process also ensures the minimization of errors in the final draft. Staying current with the literature review is very important and required in every research field. I will achieve this by regularly updating the ideas about the current theories, studies and, researches.
