Q1.What action would you take when you learn the presence of this blog? Would you take action to stop this blogger? How?
I would encourage the presence of blogs in the organization as a way of allowing employees to express themselves to their employers as well as communicating with other employees. I would not take action of stoping this blogger because there is some circumstance where information in the company needs to be circulated very first to the customers, employees, or the management. However, I would first impose strict rules and regulations which will restrict blogger not to disclose the privacy of the company and not to share the information that may lead to violence or conflict in the organization after the information is shared.
Q2 Would you do anything to learn the identity of the blogger? If you found out, what action would you take to have the employee disciplined?
I would use all means possible to Identify and learn about the blogger, this will help the organization to understand how employees say about the organization, whether they create a right name for the company or their posts are there to fail the performance functioning. If I find it that employees have been spreading the information which is not bringing a positive impact to the organization, I will fire them and make other employees learn a lesson from them.
Q3. What would you change within the company to deal with this situation?
First, by creating awareness to the employees that if they happen to blog negative information of the company, disclose the confidential information of the company or talk negatively about other employees, some substantial charges will be imposed, they will be fired. They may be the benefits they could have received after retirement. It will no longer be there after retrenchment. Second, I would advise the member of the organization that if they see something not working in the organization, always request for a meeting to discuss and come up with the answer for every challenge. Finally, I will advise this employee to always consider the blogging policy that is imposed on the organization as a way of maintaining the right working conditions with their employees.

Yes, I would post on this blog under employee satisfaction. I would post the requirements of the organization to meet employee satisfaction and the possible means in which an organization can create a conducive working condition to enables employees always to appreciate his work.
