RE: Announcing the introduction of the new system
I may like to inform all stakeholders of Glensburg insurance records that the executive committee has resolved to introduce a new system in the company. The new system will require the employees, shareholders, and clients to undergo training. The training will enable the individuals mentioned above to understand how the new system functions and its importance to the stakeholders and the company at large. Following the recent hacking of our system by an unknown hacker, the management has decided to purchase a new system that will ensure that the client’s details are secure. The system incorporates the latest security features that are in line with the ever-dynamic technological world in terms of data storage.
The new system will transform our company culture of data storage to anew methodology. The new mechanism will require all clients to register their biometric details for identification and embody unique security details for the users. The clients with smartphones and computers will be trained on how to access the services online, and they can file or record any information they want without necessarily traveling. In so doing, the new system will reduce the chances of hacking by doubling the security of the data. Besides, the new system will reduce the operational costs and time taken to record or file the claims in the organization.
The company will be able to cut down its operational expenses that are being incurred by the old system of storing data. Moreover, many companies I a similar industry have implemented the new system, and it has worked to their advantage. The companies are competitive and doubled their customer trust compared to our company. On the side of employees, the new system will reduce the workload of monitoring the data stored and the labor hours per head. All stakeholders will be required to attend a two hours training season that will be facilitated by a group of experts of the new system every Monday for four consecutive weeks. The training season will start at precisely 0800 hours, and stakeholders will be given a sitting allowance as agreed by the management.
