For the trip to be successful, there are various things that we need to consider: First, we need to find the number of employees who will be attending the summer picnic. This will help us to budget for the days that we will be in a summer picnic as well as being able to know how to accommodate them all. Second, time management should be considered, that is the departure time and the duration that people will spend in the picnic. Third, the venue to be used should be beautiful to make employees and their relatives appreciate as well as feeling that they deserve to be part of the organization. Forth, in the picnic there should be an entertaining team that will always make our employees happy, their attire should be attractive, and they should use all means possible to ensure that our audience is satisfied with their work. At the picnic, we will have prizes where people will be buying raffles then competing for some presents.
The presence of staff enables visitors to be participative as well as making people interact more. Since the picnic belongs to the employees, it means that we will have specific themes that we will be discussing. This will involve how we can get our organization to move to the next step as well as making it be able to meet its goals and objectives. The picnic will aim to let employees be able to express their feelings towards the organization. Second, it will be an excellent chance to allow them to interact with others freely. Finally, it will enable them to be away from an organization where they enjoy as a team and with their families without necessarily needing to ask for permission from the boss. Finally, as a committee leader, we should create an environment where employees will be allowed to express their talents as a way of embracing their abilities, which are very different from what they are used to do in the workplace.
