Workplace health promotion
We choose workplace health promotion based on the current situation in the work place.Fro our observation it was very clear that something need to be done in the workplace to improve both the employees and the society health care.It is very important s it was discovered I this reaseach to get involved in researching on this topic as it will bring a great change in our society today .Basically from the following is a report based on our reseach proposal giving direction on what we learned and discovered in the study.Workplace health promotion is a key topic that is relevant to occupational health and safety.This topic more over discussing the unified formation of employees, employer and the society in improving the wellbeing and health of the people within the working environment. Workplace health emphasis puts emphasis aimed to improve, work environment, increase workers participation and enhance shaping of the work environment. Interestingly workplace health promotion will encourage personal knowledge and professionalism development (WHO, 2019).
Wokplace health promotion was discovered to have consideration the aspects that support the participatory process as well as implying occupational and environmental legislation. This help in bringing the tool of Maintaining healthy work environment and creating .Successful working environment should consider the inclusion of the participation of the stakeholders and employees management when implementing jointly agreed initiatives making employers improve control over their health(Samano –Rios et al, 2019).

I am interested in researching workplace health promotion because the topic is associated with several benefits to the workers, employers, and society. I believe that in the modern era, workplace health promotion, individual-focused intervention are becoming comprehensively using an approach of acknowledging combined environmental, community, organizational personal and social aspects on the wellbeing of the workers. health promotion in workplace ensure that there is a healthy workforce as well as integrating policies, and projects which ensure that this is an ongoing process for improving work and also wealth(Linnan et al, 2019).
When there is effective health promotion the employer will be capable of developing and adopting an efficient leadership procedure and guide employees by using safe working practices.
There will be limited cases of violence and disagreement as well as injuries in the working environment. Since the employer and employees pay attention to workers health and safety extensively. Safe working environment help in contributing to the reduction of risks and injuries to the workers. There is a possibility of achieving pollution control in the process of protecting the community, environment and the workers.
Reduced pollution could reduce the various health rises which can be affected by occupational health. Ensuring that there is the promotion of health at workplace call for occupational health and safety(Boorman, 2019). This results in improving the worker’s health, as well as meaning a safe and healthy environment.AS from the above benefits explained I believe that this topic would help me understand more on occupational health and safety.

Lack of workplace health promotion could result in a major problem in society, efforts should be made towards changing such incidences. The following are recommendations that can help to solve the problems (Goetzel et al, 2019).
Every organization with proper workplace health promotion will have an efficient and proper managed health and safety programs
The organization should always portray a caring and positive image to the workers
The employees should be healthy and feel safe in the working environment
Workplace health promotion should result in reduced health care and insurance costs.
Employees should develop an improved sense of being healthy and with improved well being

Statistics from the WHO website provides data and information explaining that there is a need for workplace health promotion in the may organization as this would improve the workers and employees wellbeing.
An article done by Goetzel et al (2019), shows that there is need of evaluating the current workplace health promotion programs in institutions as this could help in identifying the challenges and solving them to improve the worker’s safety.
Linnan et al 2019 also elaborate that there is need of having workplace health promotion and safety as this will result in the growing capability of the workers and improve the organization productivity.
Samano –Rios et al 2019 research on the intervention of occupational safety and health protection stressing on the use of workplace promotion to improve the institution’s productivity and workers wellbeing.
Boorman et al 2019 research on the benefit of having health promotion in the workplace he found that fitness at work makes the employees feel safe and free from hazards.

the reseach revealed that the organization also benefits from this campaign as there is probability of high productivity and work and resources are protected by their workers who are very keenin their endevours.

Yes.the researchers discovered that there is high productivity in compnies with healthcare promotion program,Since everyone feels motivated and empowered ,no big differences or confusion during the work and thus increases the productivity.

Workplace health promotion ensure that the company understands the community traditions such as conserving the environment and not causing heath problems to the society like poor sewerage disposal .or polluting the environment, generally any company with good healthcare promotion will

Yes morale of the worker is high when there is healthcare promotion and they feel protected and honored by the company.
In conclusion the report shows that any company or institution that puts heath care promotion in practice will actually result to higher production and good relation with the community members.
