In my research, I will focus on the Crayola LLC company under the human resource management field. The company was formed by Binney and Smith, where they focused and specialized in manufacturing the art supplies (Pártlová,). It is known for the best Crayola products such as chalks, coloured pencils and makers both used at home and school-based. Regardless of its success, the company is accompanied with the issue and problem of software goal expert that deals with intensive use technology to boost the work. Likewise, the company is affected by the output productivity of the employees. Online marketing, distribution of the products and coordination of the employee yields productivity and profitability of a company. Nevertheless, the company may opt to enhance the behavioural reinforcement theory to promote the advanced growth and success of the business.

According to Walmart, behavioural reinforcement theory implements more credible measures and motivation actions used in the sense of competition, thus improving the output of a business. The approach explains when a human being performs a task perfectly under a conducive and motivating environment or condition. Indeed, overlooking the Crayola company operations, behavioural reinforcement theory may promote progress in the entire company, including employees. Technology expertise’s is never learned, but it develops with time, under sufficient exposure to technology. The company may put in place mean that may motive the employees involved in the technology sector to engage them close to reality.

Some of these ways include setting the reward to the best operator in the system, setting bonuses giving of commissions of any online trade, and offering guidelines. For instance, if the company make a maximum sale, everyone is added a small amount in salary. Employees work hard and smart chancing the reward and the compensation to their best output for the company. They get it a great advantage to earn more than their salary and payment, thus motivating them to work swifter and faster. More so, this kind of motivation invites the best worker to work more credible so as he or she can be reimbursed more and more rewards to increase their incoming income. The rest of the entire team are also motivated to set aside the best and prime worker.

Besides, in the guideline provided by the company, the employees call together and cooperate to work as a stable team to improve each of every employee skill and knowledge to deal with the technology. They join hand together, overlooking the best product to market and rejoice the entire world, thus promoting maximum sale scale margin. This invites the company and the board to adhere to their promise to the employee by increasing their payments. More so, the employees make it a routine to try their best in the production system, thus promoting the productivity and profitability of the entire company. The usage of this theory improves the general conduction of the activities in the company, thereby developing in a significant manner.

Recommendation

In my case of study, I would recommend every company implement and use the Walmart theory of behavioural reinforcement to develop and advance their productivity and profitability.
