Research Questions CSR
Normative research is one that involves learning, checking, and establishing standards. Most normative questions do answer yes or no questions. Normative statements can be disputed as one does not have to agree. Positive research, on the other hand, is one whose findings are based on scientific proof and attestations to highlight how a community and civilization maneuvers. Positive statements tend to be factual and are easily verified and substantiated.
Though normative statements are generalized and subjective, they act as the necessary channels for out-of-the-box wondering (Tolhurst, 2015, p. 41). Such critiques can shape the inspiration for any vital changes that may have the potential to remodel a particular venture. But normative economics cannot be the only basis for decision-making on necessary financial fronts. Tremendous economics fill in for the intended and targeted perspective that makes a specialty of records and reason-and-impact.
Examples of normative questions include doing Mcdonald’s has more than 36,000 restaurants in the world. This is a fact as the franchise runs and operates close to 38,000 eateries and eating places. Are global, intercontinental cards and menus dissimilar to the ones in the united states, this is a reality and certainty as the restaurant has to make sure that they cater for domestic and localized cuisines. Have some of the big shots and dignitaries worked at various Mc Donalds joints, and this can be easily verified as the big wigs in multiple industries
Real questions about Mc Donalds include which country has the largest market outside the United States of America. Japan is the country as it hosts close to 3000 restaurants, China follows closely. McDonald’s restaurants in Japan had spiked to a significant number that the franchise was forced to shut down a restaurant every three days in the year 2015. What was the first McDonald’s opened as the first restaurant was launched as a barbecue food joint, unlike what it is known for today (Laasch & Flores, 2015, p. 32). Who do McDonald’s owe a lot of their success, it is well known that McDonald brothers owe their success to one Ray Kroc as he helped them advance and expound their business as their agent nationally.
