The EAC is currently working on a plan to implement the 2018 Election Administration and Voting Survey (EAVS), which collected data from all the states and the nearly 6500 election jurisdictions across America. The survey collected the election administration issues that face the citizens of Montgomery and the roles of the Montgomery county board of elections ensuring maximum voter participation.

The research data collected indicated that the turnout rate for 26% in the county of 70000 registered voters. Each election circle has a significant compared to the turnout compared to the previous years. In comparison to target populations, households receiving voter guides make higher voter turnout to an election to the voting. It was considered worthy of comparing the sample groups to non-sample groups. Additional preliminary data analysis’s reseats that emailing of voter guide to the newly registered people increased sampling participation by 5%.

The implication of the 26% confidence means.

The 2018 voter turnout surpassed the 2016 voter turnout by 2.3%, creating a total of 46 609 early voters recorded in the county compared to the 46,097 recorded in 2016. This reflects that civic education is provided by the Montgomery county board of elections on the voter turnout..
