Service level agreement

This is usually a contract for a customer and a service provider. It contains an introduction, which includes necessary information like the name of the parties and duration of the contract, followed by goals and objectives which describe the aims of drawing up the contract. It also contains a service agreement section, which includes the key services offered by the service provider. Other components include termination details, review clauses, and signatures of the parties.
