            Diana Prince’s Target Heart Rate is calculated by using Karvonen formula as follow: THR= [(max HR − resting HR) × %Intensity] + resting HR. Resting HR=75 bpm, %Intensity=31%, maximum HR= (220-37=183 bpm). With the above data, Target Heart Rate is calculated as, [(183bpm – 75bpm) ×31%] + 75bpm. 183-75=108×0.31=33.48. 33.48+75=108.48bpm. So, Diana’s Target Heart Rate=108.48bpm.

List of the types of exercises

There are four types of body exercises that Diana should do in order to change her body health. These are aerobic, strength, balance and flexibility exercises (Ten Hoor et al., 2018). Examples of the aerobic exercise that she should do include; jogging, playing tennis, a brisk walk, dancing and biking. The duration of the exercise should be at least 15-30 minutes a day, or four to five days per week. Diana should observe this for her body to stay fit (Ten Hoor et al., 2018). She should also ensure that she performs the exercise at least three times per day. She should complete five sets of the three reps on jogging. After that, she should take at least three to five minutes between sets to rest.

Fitness tests and evaluation methods

One of the exercise tests that will be performed is a flexibility test. A good example of this test is touching the toes. The method of evaluation that is to be used in this study is goal-based. The aim of the exercise is to help Diana maintain his body health (Ten Hoor et al., 2018). At long last, Diana should aim at maintaining her body fit by doing exercises.

Interview method of data collection was used to assess and evaluate the needs of the client. The client provided feedback to the questions asked which provided more data that was used for the assessment and evaluation of the client’s needs.

There is a need for Diana to have more experience in performing body exercise in order for her body to stay strong.

Recommendations

I recommend Diana to perform aerobic exercises at least 150 minutes such as cycling or walking per week. This strengthens the body and makes it strong enough to fight against diseases (Ten Hoor et al., 2018). It is also recommended that she should do strength exercise on two or more days per week. This helps in maintaining the health of the body. I recommend Diana to eat vegetables, set a five-meal ideal and be a picky eater in order to maintain her health.
