Most of the whites in America never see the racism in the western society they believe that the blacks are different from the native speakers that’s why these issues are not allowed by the ideologies, stereotypes and prejudices.
The researcher further explains that as our country continue to grow and strive there is the passage of traditions from generation to generation, and therefore the issues of inequalities based on race will always be there. Previous literature claims that racism has been prevalent in the education system, job sector, the political system and even in the entire society. The needs of the black or non-native speakers are always ignored (Kluegel & Smith, 2017).

Interestingly women have gotten privileges and acknowledgements from the male counterparts since we can see them even running from the top political seat in politics. Since the time of colonies, the colonists formed part of the elite society and were much involved and concerned on how they boycotts could benefit them (Hartman et al ,2016).Those in the upper class had dominated the economic superiority. The increment in class inequality brought differences in the social status of people in society. The quality of the poor and the level of rich in the nation. Furthermore, the researcher explained that as time goes on the rich got richer and the poor become poorer (General social survey In America ,2016 ).
Analysis & Assessment
Generally analyzing the above literature it the issue of inequality in American society has been accelerated by key factors such as racism, gender inequality and class inequality. The previous researchers have identified the gap that exist in the society as a result of such problems being passed from generation to generation. This is even reflected in the modern society where by we have some cases of gender inequality, racism and class inequality. It is very painful that the nonnative speaker in America are mistreated and discriminated in the job sector, political system and even in the education system. For instance the current ban of immigrants to America by president Trump of the people from some Islamic states has accelerated the inequality in the society (Kluegel & Smith, 2017). It means that students from Somalia, Iran and some other banned countries could not move to America to further their studies .This is discrimination of high order as it create fears to people from different religions living in America, this could also affect the country’s economic development. It hinders people from advancing in investments doing business ventures in America especially the nonnatives and the blacks (Brewer, 2016).

Generally the essay focused on general social survey, categorically discussing on inequalities due to Race, Class and Gender .It shows that there is since there is concern to connect sociological issue with real-world context. The widely analyzed surveys in the U.S has been useful in examining the current social inequalities. As a result of the research it is very clear that in some parts of America there are many instances of discrimination. Most of the people who have been treated with inequality based on gender, racism and class feel less important as well tend to develop sense of being desperate.
There should be efforts as well as new strategies established in order to fight for any kind of inequality in America, be it resulting from social class, gender or race. To improve our country economically as well as have better international relationship there is need of welcoming foreign investors and immigrants to operate in America. This will help in closing the gap that has been created by the matter of inequality.
