Task details
You are to perform a stakeholder analysis, including evidence of research, and write a report that will comprehensively incorporate the perspectives of all stakeholders that are, or will be, involved in the new product experience. The report is to include an ecosystem map, which is a visualisation of the complex system of constituents including humans, machines, interfaces, devices, platforms, and systems – their relationships and interdependencies.
Furthermore, on the basis of this analysis, you are to predict intended or unintended benefits as well as disadvantages in the new product ecosystem, and recommend how affected stakeholders can be involved early in the project to increase buy-in and chances of success.[unique_solution]
Word count: 3000 words (+/- 10%, not including calculations, appendices, citations and references).
