Best Care Home Health Agency is a home agency that offers a full range of health services in a home setting. The agency helps the patients who visit the home to recover from infections and regain strength. The health providers in the health agency include social workers, rehabilitative therapists, nurses, rehabilitation therapists, home health aides, speech-language pathologists, and nutritional counselors. The whole staff mentioned above generally supports the patients by helping them to recover from chronic conditions or surgery. The home care is located in Florida State at Miami, Orlando, and Miami cities. From the three towns, home care serves more than 100,000. In 2018 and 2019, the company had a profit of $890,000 and $970,000.
Best Care Strategic Plan
The vision of the health agency is helping the people of Florida people to live healthily, and quality lives from birth through death by creating a safe, healthy, and clean environment. Its mission is “providing the best care and assisting people in living healthy lives and as independent as possible, both at their homes and in the community through research and education.”
The guiding principles of Best Care are autonomy, justice, beneficence, and non-Maleficence.

In pursuance of the agency’s mission of research and education to improve the lives of patients, the main areas of focus include;

The measurement of success will be based on how the strategic plan will be able to achieve the agency’s objectives. For the strategic plan to be a success, it should enable the agency to achieve all the four goals. The profitability of the health agency is also another metric that would be used to measure the success of the agency.
SWOT Analysis
The long-term goal of the agency will be forming a committee of healthcare providers who will be going into neighborhoods and enquiring about the kind of health care problems and diseases that may be affecting them for overall assessment. The short term goal of the agency will be providing weekly practical services to a particular group of people in the community to deal with their health problems.
Marketing will allow Best Care to identify different demographics in the market and create messages to reach as many people as possible. The marketing personnel will help the agency to make the clients believe in the agency’s services and the competence of the agency’s team. This will be done during the provision weekly of practical services to specific groups in the community.
In order to assess whether the agency’s strategic plan is meeting its goals, there should be a reduction of health problems in the community. There should also be increased awareness of how to avoid contracting contagious infections as well as improved management of current health problems in the community. Additionally, the number of clients seeking medication and assistance should keep on increasing as a result of the increased popularity of the agency.
The yearly objectives for growth and success of the agency include being consistently profitable, increased productivity of the agency’s support, excellent customer service and hence experience, and always promoting the agency’s mission-driven core values.
Action
In case the strategic plan is not meeting Best Care objectives, I will embark on the educational mission of the people within the towns and those living in the outskirts. The education would be based on the prevention of chronic infections, increase public awareness on the importance of seeking medical assistance, and educate them on how to reduce the spread of respiratory infections like COVID-19.
