However, strategy needs to be heavily considered by leaders with a long term vision of growth for their organization.
One of the most important lessons that one takes from “Strategy Safari” is that a business’s culture cannot grow unless the entrepreneur focuses on strategy. Strategy can additionally be learned through experience when business owners view the business from a broader perspective. It is essential for every entrepreneur to realize that there are opportunities that can be achieved only if they imagine and strategize.
