The management of Emirate airline uses strategic plan as they aim to solve problems that face the Company throughout the year. The Company put in place the best strategies, which ensures that the Emirate airline is committed and fully support its operations.
Implementation of the strategy involves changes in the plans established in the formulation stage. Plans changes as the evaluation are done concerning the budget, initiates as well as performances. Further, during the assessment, areas which appeared to be unclear may be corrected, resulting in changes of plans.
