From my research and analysis, the company should take the signing of the new press; this is because the two CEOs and companies are not associating each other as friends; rather, two business competitors are trying to win their products to the customers. The first thing I would consider as the CEO of the company is to look at the future and prosperity of the business. By taking place in signing of the new press, it would not make us two rivals with the relating company; instead I would enhance my company’s printing products as the way we were doing, but I would hence change the tactics of doing the business in a well-organized competitive manner, and this is by doing the following things. I would create an extra cause marketing effort for my printing products by focusing on the narrow niche that was hindering the company from meeting its daily standards. Lastly, I would also change the way of doing the business by introducing a compelling offer and guarantees. Moreover, I would deliver extraordinary services to my customers by addressing the customers’ main points.

The case for adjusting the bottom line

Taking the position as a business manager, I would take the situation at my toes this by not informing my family or the senior executives and advisors of any issues that have occurred in the business. On the other hand, I would not promise the customer of any returns; instead, I would sit down with the customer and sign on a new contract to avoid such issues in the future. This is through deciding on the terms to use to ensure any repayment of any losses or refunds necessary. If any customer shows up for the same reason, I will undertake the same procedure to avoid any complications in and by giving them a welcome offer that would suit their compensation. And if they don’t, it would be beneficial for both the business and its associates. By making sure these come to surpass, I would take heed of the advisors’ decision of the company for the benefit of the future of the company. This is by implementing new business procedures that will help in the growth of the business.
