The e-commerce has possibility of influencing the economy both positively and negatively. On the positive side, e-commerce saves time. The time consumers are using to travel is likely to reduce considerably. This time, the customers they can utilize it to perform other crucial tasks which are sphere heading the economic growth .Moreover, the pollution used to be made by vehicles of the client travelling to shop is also likely to reduce significantly. The pollution has been a tailback to the environment because some of the gases emitted by the vehicles are hazardous.
Secondly, there will be existence of price wars between the online marketers and the online sellers. This indifference is likely to be influenced due to the fact that, online marketers are reaching a high number of clients; hence are making a high margin of profits (Laundon&Traver,2016) This incident is going to leave the retailers making losses day-in-day out. On top of that, the e-commerce leads to impulse buying: customers tend to purchase more than what they had budgeted. This incident apparently leaves the consumers troubles because the disposable income is never sufficient to meet the human wants.
Thirdly, there is expected fall of cost. This reduction of cost is due to in e-commerce there are no intermediaries. The brokers usually exploit the customers by selling their commodities at higher prices for them to make high profits out of them. Online marketing is going to simplify thing because there is inexistence of brokers. E-commerce will ensure efficiency and effectiveness because will involve in their daily activities without interference.
