This structure of IS governance indicates that effective management of IS within an organization is structured and is based on hierarchy or levels. The various levels handle the various level of information. It involves the multiple officers reporting to the CEO of the organization. The junior level of this IS governance includes the CFO, COO, CIO and the CHRO. Collects any information feeds it on the system and reports to the CEO. This level of IS governance best describes the IS governance in my organization. My organization is equally structured in the same way. All the IS technicians all the same level reports to the CEO. Best suits my organization due to its simplicity in implementation and the efficiency it offers to the organization. Besides, its very simple to implement.
