The motivation for “Wall of Kindness.”
Problem Statement
We are going to initiate the famous “Wall of Kindness” in Faisalabad too. The purpose of this social project is to provide a platform to the society where the rich can leave their extra clothing items, and the poor can take what they need.
Winter season has always been harsh for Pakistan. Finding the warm clothing in the cold nights of winter has been the greatest struggle for the lower and labor class of the local community.
The poor are worried about finding free clothing, and the rich are concerned about dumping their old clothing. So, “Wall of Kindness” is the charity work that motivates the upper class of the society to help the other in the best possible way by donating their used or extra clothing items.
The motivation for “Wall of Kindness.”
The concept of “Wall of Kindness” is borrowed from an anonymous Iranian artist that initiated this project in the financial downfall of Iran. Some walls were specified with hangers and boxes where people can leave their used clothing items like shirts, pants, and shoes. People also used these walls to share food items with needy people. Wall of Kindness Pakistan
The project was started in the bigger cities of Pakistan a few years back, and there are many operational “Walls of Kindness” in major cities. There is no such facility in Faisalabad, so we have decided to introduce this concept in our beloved city.
Solution
To end the gap between the upper and needy class of the society, the “Wall of Kindness” is the perfect platform where people can hang their clothing items. The needy people can visit the “Wall of Kindness” to pick the required clothing items.
Instead of asking for help from anyone, the poor can enjoy the privacy and shame of asking for help.
