BY using a decentralized system, the IT structure will continue facing problems as cited by Vince and also lead to extended operating costs and data losses ((McKeen & Smith, 2015). From the evidence provided extensively by Vince in his explanation, it is apparent that the decentralized system will not be viable for the company and also will not help in facilitating the goals of the company owner.
