Effective communication within any given workplace is of great importance to both the workplace due to the generation of huge profits and the consumers due to making the right purchasing decision. Contrariwise, some companies and organizations do not understand the positive impacts of maintaining adequate and proper communications within their areas of work (Goggins). It so means that the human resource branch in charge of overall training within the company of organization does not offer training sections to the employees to give credible feedback to their consumers. Failure to exercise proper communication, therefore, leads to negative impacts on that particular workplace.

For instance, some consumers need enough information from the employees concerning different products due to make an excellent decision to purchase the product. Thus, if the employee is not trained on the importance of delivering good feedback to the client, the customer will lose hope and terminate their demand to other companies with better practical communication skills. Accordingly, the company makes enormous losses due to losing a considerable percentage of their customers a situation which becomes of a threat from other stable companies with better communication skills in feedback delivery to consumers (Soucisse, Boulva, & Sideris, 2017). Training Methods

The coaching method is one of the best ways to be used within the training room by human resource management to deliver credible feedback skills to the 100 trainees within two days. The reason for choosing this particular training method is that it involves direct training with the employees; therefore, it does not waste time (Soucisse, Boulva, & Sideris, 2017). Then again, this particular training method will offer the employees a chance to ask for questions from the professionals. Role-playing is the other effective training method that will be used within the training room by professionals to deliver useful feedback skills to the 100 trainees for two days. The motive behind the selection of this kind of training method is that it will give the employees time and chance to interact with one another to create good relation bonds. As a result, the employees will end up discussing issues regarding feedback skills to the employees and share joints of improvement as an additional advantage. The case study method will suit the entire training due to various benefits entailed by helping the employees analyze similar challenges involved by other workplaces and see how the employees in those workplaces came up with a better strategy to overcome poor feedback skills (Tvaronavičienė, 2018).

Instructional Media and Equipment

Visual media is required for the complete training of 100 trainees within the provided two days due to multiple advantages that accompany the method. Technology is a primary factor that can hinder the progress of any training. Therefore, the rooms will be equipped with a high-speed network to help the professionals concentrate on the training and not solving network problems within the training room.
