Transformational and servant leadership
Transformational and servant leadership differs in the objectives.
Transformational leaders are focusing on the goals of the organization. They have some charismatic characteristics with persuasive communication skills.
They influence people with new organizational modelling and motivate them with their thoughts. They highlight persuasion for individual influences.
On the other hand, servant leaders only aim to follow the protocols and serve themselves for the organization wholeheartedly. They are the most competent persons in the organization who try to achieve all the tasks successfully. They devoted their life for the betterment of the organization. Servant leaders motivate their followers by providing resources and autonomy. They focus on the individual development and team solving process.
My personal choice among these two leadership styles is servant leadership. Servant leaders are more hardworking persons than transformational leaders. They believe in caring for others and focusing on the organizational goals instead of modelling their perspectives like transformational leaders. Servant leaders are those who have the ability to make strong bonding between team members by motivating them through the supply of resources.
Motivation and positive thinking are the two main principles that I want to communicate with those in my sphere of leadership. Without motivation, a person cannot achieve any goals in their life. People should always be motivated to achieve something which may give them an immense pleasure of mind. Positive thinking is another principle without which a person cannot be motivated for anything which he or she wants to achieve.
