Abstract One

In this journal article, a positive psychology outlook to search the connection between college students, community help, belonging, self-respect, aspiration, and getting better understanding results. The results help the teacher to have more support for the students. In knowing what was belonging to the students and their orientation. They knew what pathway to take to have a better life. They were having high self-esteem about themselves. Teaching students to think in a positive mindset. It was showing that elements were essential to predicted noncognitive, and cognitive was learning progress for the students.

Discussion, the teachers, had a significant impact on each student. Informing the students what is the consequence if you do not act in your life about your future. Then teachers help the students have more concern about their own goals and being successful. Something like not caring about their education due to ages or the environment they are attending: teachers need to instruct the students how to understand that your plan of life does matter. Showing peers support and being an encouragement.

Psychology is a science, and it depends on the funding of governmental bodies. Psychology can understand the crisis and available resources. In this view, psychology can understand how the field operates within the disease model. Martin Seligman shows that the disease model has great significance. Psychology helps understand the nature of things and the behaviors. The adoption of the disease model highlights the challenge of psychology, which is the victimology. These cause the failure to deal with the improvement of lifestyle, identification, and nurturance to the talents. It is the main focus to promote the abilities of the people to give the best performance.

Many psychologists see us as having little information on the worthiness of life and how people should live a better experience. This psychology seeks to help individuals understand the nature of things and live positively.

The western counties have developed the rationale for the disease approach of psychology. Its now time to check on readdressing the issue of balance in the application of psychology resources to be able to learn norms and flourishing lives. Besides, positive psychology at this time to focus on attaining the knowledge on the talents and strengths. People can enrich their strengths and abilities to live a good life. These are the positivity in psychology as focusing on personal improvement, relationships, and fulfillment at work. These are the focus rationale in the psychology

In conclusion, psychology plays a crucial role in improving the living and better lifestyle. Since it helps in unfolding the potential in people that includes the talents and strengths. This help the people take focus on changing to the best behavior in living

 

 

 

 

Abstract Three

The employee stays in an organization is supported by the operation of the work and stability. Leadership is in focus as an influential factor to employee turnover. The research has enabled and given more information on administration. It also has an impact on reducing the rate of the employee leaving the company. Psychology assists in understanding employee behavior and the way they act. Psychology helps the leaders to be able to influence the employee to promote the achievement of the goals. The employee can stick to the organization and become productive. Self-regulation and strategies are an essential aspect of leadership. Conceptualization in direction promotes the goal of striving activities in an organization. The studies currently test the relations in the two most essential leadership designs and transformations.

The leaders can learn their responsibility and understand the work environment. These are the rationale for positive psychology. Positive psychology assists in idealistic, high expectations on the communication in the leadership in impacting the followers. Transformational leadership inspires strategic planning in stress management, positive expectation, positive change, and fit encouraging focuses on persons at an ideal self. Psychology assists in the transformation of the behavior of the employees in an organization. It is an organization that expects to grow and achieve its goals.

In conclusion, the organization emphasizes the transformation of leadership to attain its objectives. Positive psychology seeks to promote behavior change and enable the leaders to understand their followers. These allow the leaders to control their followers to the company’s expectations.
