Uber Analysis Paper
- Each student will be responsible for presenting a corporate communication case on Uber. The case is attached as a document titled “The DeleteUber Social media.case”
- Your task is to highlight key issues (Please break-up your paper in sections on each topic):
- Inappropriate message orientations
- Inadequate response strategies
- Evaluate events and dynamics (e.g., organizational failure, unethical behaviors)
- Review possible and unanticipated consequences (e.g., communication crisis, loss of credibility and reputation)
