Various workflow processes
Various workflow processes are as follows:
- Lean management: The lean manufacturing process encourages constant improvement in the manufacturing process. The fundamental idea of lean management is respecting people associated with the manufacturing and respecting people who buy the products. Five fundamental principles of lean manufacturing are- defining value, mapping value, creating flow, establishing pull, and ensuring perfection.
- Six sigma process: Six Sigma is a quality mapping process that is designed for a graphic illustration of manufacturing, which depicts a step by step process to characterize the relationship between various manufacturing inputs and outputs. Three essential parts of six sigma process are-process flow chart, deployment flow chart, and alternate path flow chart
- Deming workflow process: Deming cycle process is an effective way to analyze the process of quality improvement. It is also a constant quality improvement process that can be used in a scientific approach to standardize quality operations.
- Total quality management: The total quality management process is an essential workflow management process that ensures long-term success for an organization through constant improvement of quality. Critical elements of overall quality management are – consumer satisfaction, defect prevention, quality measurement, continuous improvement, corrective actions, training, and quality recognition.
