Supplementation of Vitamin D is likely to be more effective in reducing the symptoms of patients suffering from depression. However, there is a need for more and high-quality research to be done as well as creating awareness to the people about the usefulness of this vitamin. More research on Vitamin D supplementation need to be done, I feel that the study was not that certain because of the samples used were from women, and it could have been better if they used examples of many people as well as using from the two genders and for the kids as well.
