They notified nurses whenever a patient needs to be admitted to ECU. For nurses, the critical role is performing health care procedures based on the health condition of patients. The purpose of a nurse manager is to coordinate all nurses by ensuring all medical requirements are procured at an appropriate time. Overall, the role of healthcare regulators is to control the model of operation in hospitals to ensure that the safety of patients in ECU is guaranteed.
