Another way an American could feel rigged is their money and taxes. One might believe that since they are paying taxes for whatever reason could be, but none of the progress is being made, such as roads, houses, books, schools since some of the roads have been ragged for many years. This is to say that American citizens may feel rigged in many ways that need to be addressed to make fairground for every citizen, and this is what Trump was talking about.
