Summary of Migrant Workers’ Psychosocial Wellbeing: The Case of Nepalese Construction Workers in Qatar
In the case ,the Nepalese migrants were having an extensive problem and work stress .They were working in Qatar and were exploited (Manandhar & Van der Putten, 2015).
The cases shows is shows that the high employment of at Qatar exposes people to stress and abuses human rights. This is labor exploitation and can result to affecting and individual wellbeing an performance at workplace (Manandhar & Van der Putten, 2015).
(Manandhar & Van der Putten ( 2015) explains that workers abuse by brokers, dysfunctional government services and the failing policy as well as the law enforcement is said to be the key contributor of workers violation. The violation of the workers right has really affected the workers psychological wellbeing
