It is with great pleasure that I offer my recommendation for Seif Elwy, a current grade 12 student of my class at the International School of Egypt (ISE). The institution is an accredited pre-K-12 learning facility subject to re-accreditation as per the advancED international standards. My acquaintance of Mr. Seif dates back to 2015 when he re-joined our institution to the present as a Business and Economics teacher of his class.

He is an outstanding student with a deep passion for business and economics subjects expressed through his active participation in both classroom and field activities. Mr. Seif has my recommendation as an astute scholar with exceptional commitment to progress his academic knowledge. His advanced knowledge and curious mind on various aspect of business and economics drive his devotion to research in both fields. From early, this year this year, when he joined my class, he has continuously made an impression on me as a hardworking individual. In my class, his ambition makes him stand out as an extraordinary student with the discipline and drive to achieve greatness in future.

In the year before joining my class, we had many detailed conversations about the Seif with his previous teacher Ms Mina before her departure from the institution. She highly spoke of Seif as one of her favourite and most promising student, a fact I ascertained when he joined my class this year upon successful graduation in December 2017. In my first encounter in my class, Seif lived up to his reputation as a hardworking student, courteous and passionately ambitious towards achieving his goals. Our deliberations have always centred on ways that he can accomplish his goals to propel him in attaining his future dreams. As such, Seif is a result oriented student with an unwavering determination to achieve his goals. The fact that he is deeply committed to seeking advice to supplement the extensive research he undertakes on various personal and academic issues ensures he makes accurate decisions regarding matters. His application of evidence-based decision-making skills and experience in studying abroad accords him a distinctive personality that adequately propels him outstanding academic capabilities. My evaluation of Seif indicates he is a rational thinker whose strong will and devotion to education make him exceptional.

In my personal view, his diverse educational background having studied in both Egypt in his early years( Grade 4 to 7) and abroad (Grade 8 to 9) has given him an exposure that has broadened his mind and positively influenced his way of thinking. These attributes are essential to business and economics students because they instil the logical academic character required to succeed in these disciplines. Our institution’s information sharing policy among teachers have enabled me to build a comprehensive image of Seif. Widely perceived by his fellow students as a unique student, his teachers describe him as an intelligent person whose objectiveness in both academic and institutional matters makes him a charismatic figure within the ISE community. In the period we have interacted with him, I have grown accustomed to his uniqueness and dedicated personal time and resources to nurture his outstanding character and talents. Most recently, he has progressively developed an interest to advance his writing and communication skills with an ultimate goal of significantly improving his chances of pursuing undergraduate studies soon. Seif Elwy has my highest recommendation with absolute confidence of his intellectual power and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
