Introduction

The target audience here are the Americans .These population might make a big, positive difference but political leaders do not need them to achieve such positive differences. Monica is not happy with the current situation and she writes an article about what is killing the white women, Her aim is to create awareness to the women and awaken the leaders about the issue.

Monica Potts in her article points out that  women who fails to  attend  high school have  their life expectancy declining  in that they die earlier than the generation that came before them. White men who did not graduate from high school have decrease in life expectancy but it was women who were in news. Olshansky and his colleagues isolated the  high-school dropouts and measured their outcomes rather than combining them in with high-school graduates.

According to Researchers those who did not finish their high school ,like Crystal ,unfortunately they cannot  live like people who have attended to college. This is different from the generation before. Live becomes more difficult for the less educated in the society. They are isolated from getting good jobs.

Whether the women had a job mattered more than her  income and stability and owning a home .White women without high-school diplomas might be dying. It is true that smoking and employment are two factors of  significance. Black women with no  high-school diploma are now outliving the  white women who are less educated.  low-income white women are found smoking and drinking and also abusing  drugs prescribed to them. Such as  OxyContin and  drugs from streets like meth. They are doing this  more than black women. Meth and alcohol Meth  can lead to quick death  .So they should know that this is harm they are causing to themselves. They will die as due to effect of drug and substance abuse.

The University of Wisconsin said that women in most of counties of  the United States have their death rates rising. At this time Olshansky was studying. Such counties included  Appalachia, down through Kentucky and Tennessee, north of the Cotton Belt, and across the Ozarks. Location also matters more than other indicators used in showing evidence of increase in death rate.

Crystal’s world was turning to be smaller.. A year before her death she suffered hysterectomy. She went through  surgery .This was necessary after she was hemorrhaging, which was brought on by another miscarriage. she gets worried after discovering that she was a diabetic. The funny story is that Crystal was not having medical checkups because she was not qualified for Medicaid like Possum. This is discrimination and the writer is not happy with it she wants change .While she was living , Crystal had chest aches, the doctors said that she was not having heart attack. Investigation into Crystal’s death was closed they said she died of natural causes. reports from police finds  no official cause of her death. The women who are school dropouts currently have learning problems, drug problems, mental health problems, or disorder in their home lives .

I totally agree with the author that women are facing a lot of problems as pointed out by in the article ,but they also take part in activities that might cause harm to themselves such as drug abuse when thy become school drop outs. I think they have to behave themselves and come up with good moral. I could argue that for those who think or believe that women are not participating to anything that can result to loss of their lives, they should turn to educate them

According to the dream of Americana national ethos of the United States, people are denied the set of ideals Democracy, Opportunity Rights, Liberty, , and Equality .It is true that and right   that freedom includes the opportunity for prosperity and success, and an upward social mobility for the family and children, achieved through hard work in a society with few .We have women suffering, and even the children dying young. This will not only cause decrease in life expectancy of women but also of the whole population. There for all leaders and people in the society should be seriously playing their roles in advocating for change and should be given their freedom back.

The writer of the article is very worried and unhappy with the current situation and tries to speak out to the current population who are suffering from the problem he is addressing .She pity the way women life expectancy is reducing due large number of school dropouts .The author also believe that women are subject to change if they are educated and empowered. Like what she is doing in her article of what is killing the white women.
