REF: VIEWS CONCERNING CONSERVATION OF ENVIRONMENT

I am writing this letter to you to share my views about forest and water conservation. Nowadays, deforestation has become our serious matter of problem in most part of the world. People do cut down trees anyhow without minding what the consequences it can cause in future. As we all know, deforestation causes a lot of harm to both human beings and the environment.
Some of the effects of deforestation are: climate change, soil erosion, loss of biodiversity, water cycle among others.
So, as for me I don’t see any reason for you to oppose about conservation. It is important for us as human beings to conserve and take care of our environment. The importance of conserving our environment can be of great benefits both to us and the plants. Environmental conservation brings importance to agriculture. When human being lives, they depend on agriculture, and agriculture depends on environment. So it is important to conserve our environment through preventing soil erosion, desertification, flooding among others. Human activities also impact the climate, since drought, floods and too much of heat and cold are caused by global warming. For example, deforestation also affects rainfall. When people cut down the trees without replacing them, their farms will not produce anything due to drought. Lack of rainfall can cause death to human beings, animals and as well as plants.
Environmental conservation is very essential to all of us because it enables the nature to carry on with its job of keeping both human beings and the planet healthy. According to me, I would also advice people to pasturage their lands while practicing zero grazing. This method can help people to prevent their animals from being affected by diseases. It is also vital to practice irrigation. Irrigation water has been very essential to all of us by feeding the population of the developed countries. According to the researchers, irrigation water has increased food security and also it has increased the living standard of people in most parts of the world. Storage of water has also improved the lives of the human beings through farming. Projects that provide water for irrigation have assisted many developing countries by expansion of food supply, stabilization of water supply, improved welfare and a relative decrease of deforestation of lands for agriculture.
