Besides, computers would secure health information and make it readily available when required. Subsequently, the team members will need to hire a public hall to conduct discussions and meetings. Therefore, the team members should source adequate funding to support the implementation of the health education project.

From the cost-benefit analysis, it is clear that the implementation of this program is essential to the community. First, the lack of a parent’s motivation to participate in the project would make it challenging to accomplish the intended outcomes. The team members should convince all parents on how the education program would affect their children’s well-being and future. Secondly, the program might lack adequate funding to support all operations. The funding might be coming from the local government or donors. However, bureaucracies in the administration will affect the funds available for the program implementation. Finally, the lack of cohesiveness among the team members would cause conflicts. The members will take a considerable amount of time to resolve these conflicts. In the end, they will be unable to attain the intended results within the scheduled time.

In conclusion, from the discussion above, it is clear that team members must collaborate and work together to ensure the successful implementation of the health education program. The resources needed include competent team members, computers, public hall, and social media platforms. The team members should source adequate funding to ensure all activities are undertaken successfully.
