The success of the business depends on the ability of the company or project to finish on stipulated time, and the budget constraints may make this success unachievable. However, there are other constraints which if not put into consideration, may hinder the operations of the project.

I agree with Jingyi’s acknowledgment of the need to resolve the challenge brought by the requirements conflicts. The conflict arises when the project has differing needs and requirements not addressed by the stakeholders limiting the execution of the business. For instance, when stakeholder A does not agree with stakeholders B on the demands and needs of the project, and each wants their needs implemented, the project faces a conflict. The conflict requirements take time to resolve to affect the time frame of the project. However, to avoid these conflicts, the project managers need to inform the stakeholders on the goals and objectives of the business to align their needs to the project’s goals and objectives.

Bin resolves the problem caused by conflicting requirements, which cause conflicts in the other elements of the project. I agree with him since the conflict requirements from stakeholder’s different needs and requirements driven by self-interests lead to delay in executing other aspects of the project, such as the time frame of the project, budget constraint, and also affects the quality of the project. Consider a project meant to offer an improved system but with stakeholders with different needs. The execution of providing the enhanced system becomes hard delaying the project and also reducing the quality of the services. It is, however, necessary to carry out efficient communication to solve the conflict requirement problem.
