Analysis Of team’s conference call meeting
I have recently found that some of our esteemed members needed the description of our last team’s conference call meeting. Precisely our club has included some important programs, to make us have fun as we work, we have organized for a reflective retreat to help the teachers rediscover the motivation that led them to educate leaving them renewed and recommitted to their career and their students success. We have also noted good communication during group discussion and text message, congratulates and you are urged once again to keep the good etiquette and courtesy while interacting with both the students ,support staff and the neighbor to foster s right image of our institution. I am happy to get the good comments from the outsiders and non-workers, they keep praising us for the good respect we portray to our fellow workers it shows that we are determined and ready to give our best.
Despite all those motivating issues I kindly would like to discuss another issue raised in the teams conference meeting, I call every member to improve their efforts in group discussion all member is free to participate in the debate and let’s not have people ignoring chat everyone’s contribution means allot to our institution. Another important issue noted is that we shave to at times focus on topics related to school and class topics in our meetings .the management of the club have noted that some members tend to discuss issues of their interest please let us be focused we know the objectives of our organization. you are again reminded to be punctual and good time managers; members should adhere to the rules and issues of late coming will be handled as per the club’s constitution. finally, all members should know that we have democracy in the club, and it is everyone right to elect the leader of his or her choice to please in the coming election let everyone make his decision on the manager she feels good leadership skills.
