Introduction In American context a sweat shop, is any factory or industry that is known to be violating the labor laws in the state. In the developing countries more than 160 million children’s are forced by the circumstances to work at the factories to earn living. They try to end poverty though it is not the truth. Any state could be known to have labor laws but this could not be a condition affecting, the functions of the sweat shops in any state. Accordingly the key products from sweatshops include, cotton, bricks, garments, coffee and tea among others.
