my mentor and supervisor As this project started, I confronted many challenges that all connected to stress. To accept this challenge of mine, I had to design precise planning for all the tasks and objectives. I got help from small to-do lists, and following my Gantt chart, using these methods, I could stay on track and reduce the amount of stress I had. For the reason that when I precisely grasped what I had to perform, I felt more focused and organized; hence I felt more composed.
