Summary of Links. The United States is reportedly the highest spending country when it comes to healthcare, according to a 2018 research. Its healthcare cost stands at 10,000$ per capita, only 2000$ more than the 2012 reported figure. Although the country’s healthcare spending is high, it does not reflect the quality of care and health outcomes. Countries such as Norway, with far less expenditure, divulge funds to social medicine, making it one of the healthiest states (Investopedia,2018). The high cost of healthcare in the United States is mainly due to reliance on private health insurance. The government does not subsidize health care, as is the case with other governments in the developed world. Moreover, rising premiums increases the burden of cost on citizens to pay hefty amounts out of pocket. The increased demand for healthcare as a consequence of services like Medicare and Medicaid only increases the financial burden (Investopedia,2018). The lack of transparency in healthcare makes it difficult to determine the exact cost of services leading citizens to make drastic decisions like avoiding healthcare. Italy has one of the…
encryption techniques for protecting GPS communications GPS in full stands for Global Positioning System, it is a navigation system based on satellite and comprises of a network of satellites orbiting around the globe that provides location and time information anywhere on or near the earth. Initially, the Global Positioning System was envisioned for military use, but nowadays, it is available everywhere for civilian use. The United States Government maintains the Global Positioning System, and it is accessible to anyone with a GPS receiver for free. GPS receivers include; car navigation systems, hand-held units for hiking, and smart-phones. Geo-Encryption Algorithm can be used with mobile applications as well as fixed applications, besides it supports various information sharing and circulation procedures. This technique provides uncompromised protection against efforts to bypass the location…
Grammar and Style Writing, according to Charles Darwin, is an act that does not occur naturally. He said, “Man has an instinctive tendency to speak, as we see in the babble of our young children, whereas no child has an instinctive tendency to bake, brew or write.” There is a difference between writing and speech in their mechanics, and that’s the reason why every child have to tussle when learning to write. To produce language sounds by either writing in a book or on a keyboard, it takes a lot of practice. To be able to write and speak, there must be a particular human relationship, but the one of speech it occurs naturally. A conversation that involves expression is always inborn since it is social interaction. During the interaction, people talk to those who they share the same terms. When engaging in conversations with our partners, we try to grab what we are only interested in and make a good follow up of how and what they are saying. In writing, pretense takes over since the one that will…
Grant Proposal and Types of Grants Overview of How Challenge Might be Addressed A pediatric patient brings about a unique set of challenges, family dynamics, and coping strategies. A Child-life specialist (CLS) comes in to offer personalized care for each child and family. The healthcare system and human service organization need to promote awareness of the need for child care in the modern medical procedure. First and foremost, there’s a need to evaluate the critical importance of certified importance by identifying the psychosocial needs of pediatric patients and their families. The roles of CLS are diverse and challenging to define. However, their roles can be evaluated in terms of cost of service and benefit to the affected. To begin with, it is a well-known fact that the quality of services is competitive in healthcare. Child life services are an impression of quality healthcare, thus provides a competitive edge among hospitals. In a hospital setting, CLS improves the…

Gynecological exams Gynecological exams constitute procedures whose aim is to assess the well- being of a woman’s reproductive system. The process usually makes use of the speculum to view the vagina and the cervix. If am seeing a 15-year-old female patient for a gynecological exam who: currently is with all immunizations including Gardasil, has got no significant health history that would contraindicate the use of birth control, is having her first gynecological exam, is nervous as she tries to express herself and is embarrassed that her mother has shared her sexual experience with strangers, I will approach her quite differently. Firstly, I will greet her and make her feel very comfortable before I start my interrogation. Then, I will assure her that her privacy is highly respected in order to give her confidence. Thereafter, I will ask her if she prefers her mother’s presence during the examination process. It is her decision to accept or decline the presence of her mother. After ensuring that her confidence has been boosted, I will then begin to assess her general condition. I will…

story on equity The story on equity made me feel that, as a country, there is still a need for improvement on how we handle the rights of everyone, as provided by the constitution. AS a country, we are not yet there, and we need to work more by making sure that we enforce more laws on equity. No one should ever feel that his or her rights are violated. The constitution should protect each citizen from ensuring that equitability is the key, and we should act as an example to the rest of the world. I feel like our judiciary and law enacting bodies should work together and ensure anyone who goes against it should be heavily penalized. The story reminds me of one of my own experiences where there was a job advertised in a security company. As an ordinary citizen who needed the job to earn a living for my family and me, I applied for the position since I knew and felt I have the qualifications to serve the country as a security officer. I asked…
