Frontline staff Affair Evidence-based practice (EBP) is successful when there is an integration of the best evidence to the core grounds of patient care decisions. An analysis of the reports from the surgeon general’s 2000 report and the 2010 report of the center for disease control and prevention shows that demographics have changed compare to past assessments. From the reports, people with the least access to preventive services and dental treatment have greater rates of oral disease.
