The team is made up different individuals with profound strengths, yet some of them differ to some extent. Of all the five team members, it seems that they are all substantially committed to their job. Often, they do not mind working overtime voluntarily when the need arises, and they rarely waste their time while at work. They take the goals of the organization as their personal responsibilities. Notably, two of them are usually extremely cautious before making business decisions, whereas the other three are high-risk takers. Seemingly, the difference in regards to risk-taking acts is quite good since this provides a balance in the team. The low risk takers will be pushed out of their comfort zones while the high risk takers will always be reminded of the need to substantially think of the factors involved before making major decisions regarding the business. One of the methods should be to ensure that as a manager, one knows the team quite well and also that the team members know each other. Understanding the talents, abilities and interests of the employees will help foster diversity and cohesion within the team. Another method would be defining of roles and responsibilities.
