Five Years Anniversary as an Electronics Technician
Working at Tesla Electronics company as an electronics technician for five years has been a great learning opportunity for me. Tesla Electronics company performs complex technical engineering activities such as designing electronic circuits, circuit modification, circuit testing, maintenance and repair of Uninterruptable Power Supplies, designing of industrial machine control panels, and installation and testing of industrial transformers. The company’s director is an electrical and electronics engineer who has a working experience of more than ten years in the field of electrical and electronics engineering. Tesla Electronics company is a world-class company that has specialized in electronics, and working as an electronics technician in the company for five years has not only helped me to gain skills on how to relate with other employees but also has helped me to develop more experience in the field of electronics.
Being at Tesla Electronics company for five years has enabled me to gain adequate skills on how to relate with other employees. The director of the company who is an electrical and electronics engineers is a very social employer. The employees of the Tesla Electronics company love the director because he listens to their views and he always motivates his employees by awarding those who perform well in their field with some extra bonuses on top of their salaries. For the five years have been in the company, the director has been my role model. From the director, I have learned the importance of keeping time, and also the importance of motivating the employees. The five-year working experience has enabled me to know the methods that I will use in the future to motivate my employees when I will have established my own company. Tesla Electronics company has twenty-two electronics engineers and thirty-five electronics technicians I included. The engineers and the technicians are friendly, supportive, and always ready to learn new concepts about electronics. The engineers have helped me in the last five years to gain more skills in electronics engineering.
For the five years I have been working at the Tesla Electronics company, I have had the privilege to work in all the departments in the company. I spent my first two years in the Tesla Electronics company at the electronics workshop. At the electronics workshop, we were dealing with designing, modification, and testing of electronic circuits. With the assistance of other technicians and engineers, I learned how to use basic tools such as soldering gun, soldering sucker, digital meter, and a tester. The tools are critical in the soldering process that is critical in electronics circuits. In my time at the electronics workshop, I learned how to use basic electronics software such as Proteus that are important in designing electronics circuits. Also, in the workshop have learned on the use of different types of cables. After being at the electronics workshop for two years, I was transferred to the field work.
I have also had an opportunity to be in the field doing repair and maintenance of Uninterruptable Powers Supplies and transformers. Processing companies hire Tesla Electronics company for repair and maintenance of transformers and Uninterruptable Power Supplies. I have learned on electronics components such as transistors, capacitors, and resistors while repairing Uninterruptable Power Supplies at the field. I have also gained adequate knowledge about transformer testing and transformer operation. Working at the Tesla Electronics company for five years has been a great opportunity. I would like to thank all the stakeholders of the company for being friendly and supportive for the five years, which has enabled me to fix my electronics skills.
