Generations Analysis
Introduction
The discussion is an analysis of labels attached to the various generation which are believed to occur naturally. The ages were discovered by cross-sectional development, and it that people behave differently at each stage. In light of the above, the paper will describe the eligibility of the generation’s labels and other reasons, which can result in differenced behavior among individuals.
Eligibility of Labels
I agree with the labels attached to each generation because they represent the actual behavior of individuals. For instance, those born between 2010 and to date are referred to as digital natives because they have access to digital at an early age of even eight months as opposed to other generations. Again, generation Z is said to have the capability of absorbing a lot of information. The label depicts an accurate picture of generation Z because they tend to absorb massive data from the internet, and they are always curious to learn new technological advancements (Fine, Dupré & Joel, 2017). Again, the label attached to generation Y is significant because Millenials tend to be all-round, they have access to technology, connected to family and they are ambitious about their career (Barlow, Silverberg & Livingstone, 2019). Notably, those who were born between 1946 and 1964 have been described to have strong working ethics, which is true since they learned the hard way during WW11.
Other reasons that can influence general trends in behavior
People may have different patterns of practice due to exposure to different working environments. Notably, employees tend to behave differently as a result of work ethics applied in various generations. Again, generations have different ways of thinking and undertaking duties because teaching systems keep on changing continuously; there triggering varied behaviors (Barlow, Silverberg & Livingstone, 2019). Additionally, communication methods have been advancing dramatically from one generation to another. As a result, people keep on improving the means of communication, hence having varied levels of socialism at each age.
Conclusion
All in all, the above discussion has confirmed that generations have different labels, and is believed to occur naturally. The tags attached to each generation seem to be correct because they are in line with their behaviors.
