Global health implies the understanding of the healthcare system at the international level, which focuses on making the healthcare system better through equity for all populations and nations.

Global health history has two primary aspects, public health through infectious disease prevention and individual health through health care delivery. As the world’s interconnections expanded, global health changed from colonial tropical medicine issues to all other international organizations establishing an international health strategy afterward. Tropical medicine existed mostly in the 19th Century, and new ideas for controlling diseases began to advance and apply. After the Rockefeller Foundation International Health Board came to this place around the 20th Century. Then the World Bank and IMF inclusive Organizations came into being. The epidemic (HIV / AIDS) emerged in the 1990s, which changed the face of global health by coming up with Millennium Development Goals that set the new global health of the 21st Century.

Concerning the scientific foundations of global health, most advents in global public health took place in the 19th Century. This refers to the invention of modern epidemiology, owing to the cholera outbreak of 1854. The discovery of tuberculosis and malaria-causing micro-organisms came in 1882 and 1880, respectively. In the 1920s, the innovations of curative and preventive restrictions on penicillin and the BCG tuberculosis vaccine were seen in the 20th Century. The attempts to eradicate smallpox with the previous cases recorded inevitably increased the expectation in 1977 that other diseases could also be eliminated.

Both in developed and developing nations, global health interventions are essential in saving lives in the current generation. These programs aid by providing vaccines in developing countries to control the spread of infections. There is a vast difference between developed nations receiving public services and developing nations. Public institutions are still evolving and increasing in developing countries, while global involvement is influential in developed nations.

The significant determinants of health affecting global populations are; Gender, discrimination, and income are comprising of social factors, alcohol use, unprotected sex and smoking involving of behavioral factors, sex and age for biological factors, depression and stress caused by health problems and then the social-economic including access to quality health care.
