Accountability is needed to create good rapport in a classroom. Students always need to be in good terms for them to be productive in class and for excellent performance. All students should be held accountable for their behavior and poor performance. The accountability system helps in protecting and building trust in students. Students should be morally upright and be people who can be depended on by their teachers and their fellow students. Trust builds good interaction among everyone in school and society. Countability is achievable through redefining group work where every student should engage in group discussions and projects — correcting behavior among students through punishment because that sets as an example to others.  Other things that grow accountability system in a class are contest and challenges between teams and reviewing of exam results. More to that, encouraging students to engage in classwork and building different forums over the internet to interact with students also grows accountability among students.

From my observation, both the students and teachers uphold their roles, and everyone performances their responsibility perfectly. The position of a teacher impacts the students in class, and the areas they want to specialize in Teaching and ensuring equality among students is a goal any school should have. Professional teachers can evaluate their performance in their delivery of information to their pupils. Educators purpose to respect people from different backgrounds for effective interactions in-class activities. Individuals should have a positive attitude towards their colleagues and pupils for a responsive and lively class.

Learning their diverse abilities and diversities would help a teacher know how to handle the whole class at large. Professional educators should always be approachable and connect with their class during lessons. Being approachable brings effectiveness in teaching and handling resources and slow learning students. Any teacher has a duty of making sure everyone understands different concepts and goes the extra mile to teach the underperforming students. A teacher should be a motivator; not a discourage-they should always give instructions. Quality teaching is achievable through success in learning-an educators should have a variety of strategies with interactions in classwork. The use of enough information to make decisions on their students’ performance and discipline is another role of the educator. Rush decision making would make any individual punish or poorly judge a student that may lead them to have a negative attitude towards a particular subject or the teacher. Insisting on practice and the use of advanced technology makes the study more informed in their class activities. Students should always be disciplined and follow the rules and regulations in their class activities. They should meet their academic expectations by getting good grades in school, engage in discussions and projects to perfect their skills. Students should uphold punctuality while attending classes and preps, handing assignments on time, and being respectful to their teachers. Both the teachers and students are responsible for taking their chores in the classroom activities.

No, students are not consulted in the generation of self-evaluation tools because the tools which comprise of rubrics are used to test them for the knowledge; they learn in their classwork. Rubrics are used as a measure of the performance of students and give feedback to their educators about different assessments. Performance is used to judge the ability of students and help them set better targets for their other projects.

Yes, students set reasonable goals for their social-emotional learning. Students use the SMART principle to set their academic goals. Specific means that they know what they are addressing and are not ready to stop till they achieve the goal. Measurable is to evaluate if the goal is easy to perform for the student and the role they need to play to increase their skill. They also measure if the goal is attainable and set strategies to break the goals into achievable pieces. Weighing if the goals are relevant and the time needed to achieve them are other vital issues that students look into to develop socio-emotional learning.

Whole group instruction is where the teacher addresses all the students at once. The entire group instruction ensures that the teacher interacts with their students and gives instructions directly through lessons, and they can reach the underperforming students. Whole group instruction is straightforward to plan for and takes little time instructing the pupils.

The students do a lot of talking in class because they engage in different discussions and explaining concepts to others. The teacher only gives direction during the presentations and corrects, where the students go wrong in their class presentations and project engagement. Yes, students engage in the performance because they have to present to their colleagues and answer any questions asked. The different teachers have ensured that every student actively participates in discussions and projects every week.

Yes, the instruction includes conceptual understanding and problem-solving. The students are encouraged to specialize and grow skills in different problem-solving careers for them to be marketable in the job market. The goal is always to make the students ready for any job opportunities and get experience for the job market. The main level of cognitive learning is understanding because of this better understanding of concepts for every student. Students learn that they are not learning only to pass exams. Students perform practicals where needed for better comprehension of different frameworks in their various courses. The teacher ensures that they coach every student into the right behavior and empower them to develop and grow their talents outside class. This method of managing helps students grow not only in quality but also in their out of school activities. Teachers should reprimand bad character and punish so that students can have acceptable characters. Students always need someone to look up to as a mentor, and an educator should still be good role modeling.

Students should maintain discipline about time in class. They attend their classes on time and are always early to hand in their projects. Failure to be time conscious leads to substantial penalties from the authorities. Students themselves are involved in decisions concerning time consciousness, and they set punishment for those that break the rules they set. The classroom needs students to cooperate and help out the underperforming students because the gap between intelligent and poor students is very high. Every student should take the initiative to help out the slow learners in the class. The class should shun the tendency of regrouping themselves into different social classes because that undermines other students from poor backgrounds. Students should focus on equality while at school and respecting each other despite the difference in diversity. Pupils should always work to improve the self-esteem of others and not pin them down.
