Teachers should reprimand bad character and punish so that students can have acceptable characters. Students always need someone to look up to as a mentor, and an educator should still be good role modeling.

Students should maintain discipline about time in class. They attend their classes on time and are always early to hand in their projects. Failure to be time conscious leads to substantial penalties from the authorities. Students themselves are involved in decisions concerning time consciousness, and they set punishment for those that break the rules they set. The classroom needs students to cooperate and help out the underperforming students because the gap between intelligent and poor students is very high. Every student should take the initiative to help out the slow learners in the class. The class should shun the tendency of regrouping themselves into different social classes because that undermines other students from poor backgrounds. Students should focus on equality while at school and respecting each other despite the difference in diversity. Pupils should always work to improve the self-esteem of others and not pin them down.
